Israeli murdered in Uman named

The Israeli stabbed to death by a local Ukrainian during a brawl in the city of Uman has been identified as Shmuel Tubul, 19. His brother was lightly injured in the fight, which reportedly broke out after local youngsters destroyed a car owned by Jews.
The two brothers were taking part in celebrations marking the 200th anniversary of Rabi Nachman of Breslov's death. (Kobi Nahshoni)
