Cornerstone laying ceremony held in Kiryat Netafim settlement

A cornerstone laying ceremony for a kindergarten was held at the West Bank settlement Kiryat Netafim Sunday marking the end of the construction freeze.

Shomron Regional Council Head Gershon Mesika said: "We do not come to celebrate but to convey a message that we expect that the persecution and unacceptable, unreasonable behavior towards entire communities in Judea and Samaria will stop." (Yair Altman)
