Shomron Council head says Barak abusing settlers

Shomron Regional Council Head Gershon Mesika slammed Defense Minister Ehud Barak on Sunday and blamed him of abusing Jewish communities of the West Bank and preventing the construction of classes and kindergartens. Speaking in an event held at the settlement of Revava he said: "I call upon Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu to put Barak in his place and deny him the right to go against the settlers."
The event is being attended by hundreds of Likud activists. Likud MKs Danny Danon, Tzipi Hotovely and Ayoob Kara are slated to give speeches. (Yair Altman)
