High Court Appeal: End segregation in Mea Shearim

The Ella Israel organization and Jerusalem city council members Rachel Azaria and Laura Wharton have appealed to the High Court of Israel to instruct the police to immediately remove all the barriers in the Mea Shearim neighborhood of Jerusalem and put an end to gender segregation there.
The appellants claim the Jerusalem police are not enforcing the law. (Ronen Medzini)
