Minister Herzog: Talks at critical point; PM must convene cabinet
Social Affairs Minister Isaac Herzog demanded Saturday that Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu call a meeting of the National Security Cabinet, over what he called "the critical point at which the peace talks are."
