Emanuel: He's preparing to run for Chicago mayor

Former White House chief of staff Rahm Emanuel says he's preparing to run for mayor of Chicago.

Emanuel made the announcement in a video posted Sunday on his website, ChicagoforRahm.com. The announcement has been expected since Emanuel resigned from President Barack Obama's staff Friday and headed immediately for Chicago. (AP)
