Rights groups to present Turkel Committee with data on Gaza
The Turkel Committee, probing the Navy raid on a Gaza-bound flotilla, has summoned representations of the Physicians for Human Rights, B'Tselem and Gisha association to present data on the humanitarian situation in the Gaza Strip.
The committee has also summoned Yossi Edelstein, head of the enforcement department at the Interior Ministry, to discuss the handling of the flotilla's participants by the Immigration and Population Authority. (Attila Somfalvi)
