State agrees to delay sealing of Ma'ale Shomron synagogue
The State Prosecutor's Office will not oppose holding a second hearing on the decision to seal off a synagogue in the El Matan neighborhood in the settlement of Ma'ale Shomron, it said in its response to a High Court petition filed by local residents.
The security establishment has ordered the synagogue be sealed over a year ago as it was built without permit. (Aviad Glickman)
