Court refuses request for interim order against synagogue sealing
The High Court refused to concede to the request of residents from the West Bank settlement of Ma'ale Shomron to issue an interim order against sealing the synagogue in the settlement. The judge decided to transfer the debate to a panel of three judges.
The State Prosecutor's Office recommended that the court postpone the implementation of the order to seal the synagogue, which was built without a permit, until a hearing on the issue. (Yair Altman and Aviad Glickman)
