Minister Aharonovitch: Citizenship law is in coalition agreement

Interior Minister Yitzhak Aharonovitch said the amendment proposed to the citizenship law, on which the Cabinet is scheduled to vote Sunday, is "not a political payoff".
"It appears in the coalition agreement and just needs to be implemented. There has been no delay – we have been discussing it for some months and now we have made the decision," he added. (Aviel Magnezi)
