The average salary for Israeli workers in July 2010 was NIS 8,602 ($2,393.41) – a 1.2% increase in a yearly analysis.
Workers in the water and electricity field topped the list with an average monthly salary of NIS 26,699 ($7,428.7) while the food and accommodation field was ranked at the very bottom with only NIS 3,967 ($1,103.77) in wages per month. (Gil Kol)
