State decides to hold additional hearing on synagogue's sealing

The State Prosecutor's Office has informed the High Court of Justice of its decision to hold an additional hearing, beyond the letter of the law, regarding the sealing of the synagogue in El Matan in the settlement of Ma'ale Shomron.
The State said it decided to hold the hearing in writing should the petitioners motioning against the step provide their claims by Sunday. This would mean that the synagogue will not be sealed until the claims raised in the hearing be discussed. (Aviad Glickman)
