Youth detained for posting Shin Bet officer's picture on internet

A young man aged 17 living in the northern West Bank was detained for questioning by the police, on suspicion he had distributed pictures of a Shin Bet officer. It is thought he filmed the officer during a tour of Hebron and posted the footage on the internet.
According to the law, it is forbidden to publish photos or details of Shin Bet operatives. The police believe the youth did not act innocently and intend to prosecute to the full extend possible under the law. (Yair Altman)
