Youth, 14, petitions High Court to take rabbinate exam

A 14-year old from Netanya has petitioned the High Court against the Chief Rabbinate's decision to prevent him from taking the rabbinate's exam because of his age. The youth claims that Chief Rabbi Shlomo Amar acted "without authority." (Raanan Ben-Zur)
