Justice minister: Jewish newcomers too should swear allegiance

Justice Minister Yaacov Ne'eman proposed a different formulation for the amendment to the Citizenship Law, which would oblige Jewish immigrants too to declare their loyalty to Israel as a "Jewish and democratic" state.
