President addresses Knesset

At the opening of the third session of the 18th Knesset, President Shimon Peres referred to negotiations with the Palestinians and said "we are marching towards an unavoidable decision. It is our destiny to make the difficult decisions. They are difficult to make and dangerous to reject".
