Deputy PM Meridor: Arab, haredi birthrates 'crazy'

Deputy Prime Minister Dan Meridor said that "haredi and Arab sector birthrates are too high."
Speaking at a panel of former finance ministers, Meridor said that "we reached crazy birthrates. There are entire population groups, where not everyone works, which give birth to many babies with the State's encouragement." (Tani Goldstein)
