Rivlin: Palestinian side insincere, sets preconditions

Knesset Speaker Reuven Rivlin slammed the Palestinian unwillingness to make concessions as part of peace talks with Israel.
"Israel proves time and time again its willingness to achieve peace and would have been willing to pay a heavy price in halting construction in Judea and Samaria. But our willingness has been met with prejudiced opposition. There is a lack of honesty on the Palestinian side which sets preconditions to negotiations," Rivlin said in a speech before the Knesset plenum in honor of the Finnish president's visit in Israel.
