Court rejects lawsuit filed by Palestinian who claims was shot by IDF
The Nazareth District Court rejected a lawsuit filed by a 19-year-old Palestinian from Nablus who claimed he was shot by IDF forces four years ago.
The Palestinian demanded compensation from the State, but Judge Yitzhak Cohen said he may have been hit by shots fired by terrorists during exchanges of fire with Israeli soldiers in the West Bank city's market. (Ahiya Raved)
