Iranian Foreign Minister: Ready to resume nuclear talks soon

Iranian Foreign Minister Manouchehr Mottaki says Tehran is ready to resume talks with the international community on its nuclear program within a few weeks.

Mottaki told reporters Friday that October or November would be "a good time" for restarting the talks, but did not specify a date. The U.N. Security Council has urged Iran to return to the table, and said it remained essential for Iran to prove its nuclear program is peaceful. (AP)
