2 Israeli businessmen suspected of bribing Georgian minister

Two Israeli businessmen were arrested in Georgia on Thursday on suspicion of trying to bribe the deputy finance minister, local media reported.

 

According to the suspicions, the two offered the deputy minister $7 million in exchange for convincing government ministers not to oppose an arbitration decision which would have granted them $98 million. (Ynet)
