Hamas official: No news on Shalit

Senior Hamas representative Osama Hamdan said that Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu was leading his people astray with regards to the resumption of negotiations concerning captive soldier Gilad Shalit.
He stated that there is no news about Shalit and that the German mediator even stressed that Netanyahu was responsible for undermining the deal. "Our stance is clear. Negotiations must resume from where they left off. Our demands are unchanged" he noted.
