King of Morocco refuses to meet Peres over political tensions

President Shimon Peres will not attend an international financial conference in Marrakesh after the King of Morocco decided not to meet with him due to tensions over the peace talks with the Palestinians.
Sources in the President's Residence said they had taken into account the possibility there would be no meeting and had therefore not made travel arrangements. (Attila Somfalvi)
