British ambassador: UK expects settlement construction freeze resumption
Britain's Ambassador to Israel Matthew Gould called on Israel to resume the settlement construction freeze in order to aid the renewal of peace talks.
"On the road to peace, Israel needs as many friends as possible. David Cameron's government has not changed its stance on the issue; we expect the freeze to resume," he noted. (Attila Somfalvi)
