Court reject petition to mandate fortification of Ashkelon schools

The High Court rejected a petition by the City of Ashkelon and its PTA asked the government be made to continue fortifying all schools and kindergartens in the city.
The court said it saw no reason to infringe on a policy carved by the Defense Ministry and defense establishment, but criticized the government, saying "the way in which the prime minister and the defense minister make these decisions does little to create a good atmosphere." (Aviad Glickman)
