Mubarak: Elections planned for late November

Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak announced that elections for parliament will be held on November 28, and the second round on December 5. The Muslim Brotherhood, the main Opposition party, has already announced it will participate as independent candidates, as in 2005. (AFP)
