Ashkenazi: Galant will lead IDF with resolve

During a ceremony in south Israel, outgoing IDF Chief of Staff Lt.-Gen. Gabi Ashkenazi said told incoming army chief Maj.-Gen. Yoav Galant that he has no doubt he will lead the IDF "with professionalism and determination."
"In a few months you'll be returning to the desert landscape you are so familiar with, this time as the 20th chief of staff. We'll continue to do all we can so that you'll begin your new job with all the necessary tools," Ashkenazi said. (Hanan Greenberg)
