Chavez to Assad: Hope to visit Golan Heights after its liberation

Syrian President Bashar Assad met in Damascus with his Venezuelan counterpart Hugo Chavez, and said that Israel is not willing to do anything to promote the peace process.
Chavez, on his part, said he supported Syria's right to reclaim the Golan Heights, adding, "I hope to one day visit the Golan Heights after its liberation." (Ynet)
