Peres: Israel must support US through anti-Iranian coaltion
President Shimon Peres said that just as the US understands Israel's security needs, so Israel must understand the US's security needs. "We may not be able to give them everything they give us, but in our own little way we can be of aid to them – by enabling an anti-Iranian coalition", Peres said at the Conference on the future of the Jewish People in Jerusalem.
"We must help not with declarations, but with halting the secondary conflict with the Palestinians, and focusing on the real threat to the US and Israel", Peres added. (Ronen Medzini)
