Qassam rocket explodes near border fence on Gaza side

A Qassam rocket fired from the northern Gaza Strip exploded on the Palestinian side of the border fence. No injuries or damage were reported, and the rocket alert was not sounded in southern communities. (Shmulik Hadad)
