Mike Leigh: I was encouraged by Israelis to cancel visit

British director Mike Leigh, who canceled his visit to Israel over the loyalty oath bill last week, said he was encouraged to do so by some Israelis.

"I've actually also received, from within Israel, exhortations not to go and congratulations on having made the decision," he told the New Statesman newspaper. (Ynet)
