Gunmen kidnap Dutch aid worker, Afghan driver

An Afghan official said gunmen have seized a Dutch aid worker and his Afghan driver in the country's north.
The governor of Takhar province, Abdul Jabar Taqwa, says witnesses told him four gunmen took the two aid workers out of their car and drove them west toward neighboring Kunduz province on Monday. (AP)
