UN chief, Clinton call for action on women

Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon, US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and diplomats from many nations said Tuesday it's time for actions - not more words - to end sexual violence in war and include women in decisions on making, keeping and building peace.
On the 10th anniversary of the first UN Security Council resolution to call for women's "full involvement" in efforts to maintain and promote peace and security, speaker after speaker said there had been some progress but immense challenges lay ahead. (AP)
