200 students protest yeshiva student stipend bill in Galilee

Some 200 students of the Tel Hai College are protesting on Highway 90, near Kiryat Shmona, against a bill granting yeshiva students millions in state funds.
The students are causing traffic jams in the area. Some are carrying signs saying, "Bibi, I too am praying for a scholarship". (Hagai Einav)
