Clinton: US and China must boost cooperation
Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton is challenging China to step up its cooperation with the US to boost global economic and strategic stability and promote security in the Asia-Pacific.
In a speech in Hawaii on Thursday at the start of a two-week tour of the region, Clinton said the US is not trying to contain China, which has shaken its neighbors with its increasing assertiveness. (AP)
