UN's Ban: Not too late for democratic regime in Myanmar

United Nations General-Secretary Ban Ki-moon said it was not too late to establish a "stable and democratic" regime in Myanmar, where elections are scheduled to take place November 7.
Ban noted that there was an agreement over the need to reassemble the national parliament, claiming it was not too late to do so. (AFP)
