Suspect package found at Merkel's office

German police found a suspicious package in the post at Chancellor Angela Merkel's office in Berlin on Tuesday, a government spokesman said. Merkel was not in the building at the time.

"A suspicious package was found in the post office of the chancellery," the spokesman said. "It can't be ruled out that the package contains explosives. The investigation is continuing. No one has been injured." (Reuters)
