Foreign national enters Israel's waters from Lebanon

The Israeli navy stopped a vessel that had entered Israeli territorial waters from the direction of Lebanon, with a foreign national aboard. The man explained that he wanted to sail via Israel's coastal waters to Egypt. He is being taken to Haifa port. (Ahiya Raved)
