Tomas strengthens back to a tropical storm
Tomas has strengthened back into a tropical storm as it steams toward Haiti.
A tropical storm warning and a hurricane watch have been issued for the island nation. Tropical storm watches are also in effect for parts of Cuba, the Dominican Republic, Jamaica and the Bahamas. The center of the storm is expected to approach Haiti on Friday. (AP)
