The State Prosecutor's Office informed the High Court of Justice on Thursday it has reached an agreement with settlers from El Matan according to which the West Bank outpost's synagogue will be sealed within two weeks by Shomron Regional Council personnel.
It was further noted that should the council fail to abide by the agreement the State will seal the structure itself.
Meanwhile, a plan submitted by the settlers to legalize the synagogue is being reviewed.
State Prosecution officials said the structure was constructed without a proper permit, adding that the Civil Administration also found the demolition order issued for the synagogue to be justified.
