Costa Rica landslide kills at least 8; 22 missing
A rain-sodden hillside collapsed on homes in a suburb of Costa Rica's capital, killing at least eight people and leaving 22 missing, rescue officials said Thursday.
Emergency crews were searching for survivors, but so far have recovered only corpses, including the body of a child, according to Hector Blanco, a Red Cross spokesman. They have not yet been identified. (AP)
