Netanyahu to hand UN plan for Ghajar withdrawal

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu plans to present UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon a plan for an Israeli withdrawal from the northern part of the village of Ghajar, which straddles the Israel-Lebanon border.
The plan is backed by the UN force in southern Lebanon. (Attila Somfalvi)
