Iran says nuclear talks could happen in Turkey

Talks between Iran and major world powers, which have stalled for more than a year, could resume in Turkey "as soon as possible", Iran's foreign minister said on Sunday.
The P5+1 group, the permanent members of the UN Security Council and Germany, had proposed holding talks with Iran over its nuclear program on Nov. 15-17 in Vienna. Iran indicated it was open to that idea but never formally agreed. (Reuters)
