Barak: Israel is critical junction in peace process

Defense Minister Ehud Barak told the Jewish Federations of North America annual gathering in New Orleans that Israel is in a critical junction of opportunities in terms of the peace process, while at the same time being subject to a clear and immediate danger of de-legitimization, "which puts its future in danger just like Hamas and Hezbollah."
According to Barak, two states for two people is the only way to guarantee a Jewish and democratic state. Addressing the Iranian threat, he said that "Israel is leaving all options on the table, and we advise everyone to do the same." (Ynet)
