Jerusalem: 32 housing units approved for construction in Pisgat Zeev
The Jerusalem Municipality's Planning and Building Committee approved the construction of 32 housing units in the neighborhood of Givat Zeev Mizrach, located beyond the '67 borders.
While the current plan was approved by Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu during his visit to the United States, construction in these areas has been globally contested and regarded as a hindrance to the peach process with the Palestinians. (Ronen Medzini)
