Maj. Gen. Dangot: Construction moratorium was a success

Major General Eitan Dangot, Israel's coordinator of government activities in the territories, said that the fact that settlers respected the West Bank construction moratorium is an indicator of the events to come - if a peace agreement is reached, the settlers will show understanding.
