Welfare Committee to hold urgent meeting over poverty report

Chairman of the Knesset's Labor, Welfare and Health Committee, MK Haim Katz (Likud), will gather an urgent meeting of the committee to discuss the poverty report, which was released by the National Insurance Institute on Monday.
"Continued damage to the social class can lead to a financial disaster in Israel," Katz said. "The State must make the elimination of the social gaps its top national priority." (Yael Branovsky)
