Ariel Sharon's annual medical treatment cost – NIS 1.6 million
The annual cost of medical treatment of former Prime Minister Ariel Sharon, who is admitted in the Chaim Sheba Medical Center at Tel Hashomer, stands at NIS 1.6 million ($440 million), the Knesset's Finance Committee learned Tuesday. The Finance Ministry received the committee's approval to take out the costs from the Health Ministry's budget instead of the Prime Minister's Office's budget.
Meanwhile, Ynet learned that Sharon is scheduled to return to his home in the Sycamore Ranch this weekend. (Zvi Lavi)
