US: Launching date for talks with Iran to be set within 2 days

White House Spokesperson Phillip Crowley confirmed earlier reports according to which Iran offered European Union Foreign Affairs Chief Catherine Ashton a list of dates to relaunch talks over its nuclear program.
According to Crowley, Ashton and US Secretary of State discussed the matter during a phone conversation, and will issue a response within the "next couple of days." (AFP)
