Livnat: Artist must perform everywhere in order to receive aid
Culture Minister Limor Livnat said that beginning next week, cultural institutes, including theatres, will be obliged to perform at all venues across the country in order to be eligible for financial aid.
Livnat's comments came in response to a recent letter signed by a group of artists, in which they called to boycott the Ariel culture hall because it is located beyond the Green Lines. (Roni Sofer)
